Hotel complex in Szolnok
The hotel complex which is offered for sale is located in the prestigious Tisalget district of Szolnok, the administrative center of the Yas-Nagykun-Szolok region. One of the oldest Hungarian cities, founded in 1075, is in Northern Alföld on the picturesque river banks of the Tisza River. The city is located 90 km south-east of Budapest and 80 km from Liszt Ferenc International Airport. By the end of 2019, the Budapest-Szolnok motorway will be reconstructed and become a high-speed one, which will make it possible to reach the capital of Hungary in 50 minutes.
Thanks to the open healing thermal springs, the city has become an attractive resort for tourists. Currently, large investment projects worth about 20 million euros are being implemented in Szolnok - complete reconstruction of the city’s water park with swimming and thermal pools, construction of a jetty for water tourism and restoration of ancient fortifications at the mouth of the Zadva river.
The hotel complex, located on the river banks of the Tisza, consists of three buildings, combined by internal transitions. One of them belongs to the category of "board", the other two - to the category of "hotel".
Within walking distance from the complex are the new pedestrian bridge connecting Tisaliget with the historic center of the city, the reconstructed water park, water polo arena, basketball arena, football stadium, gymnasium with stydying in English, etc.
The hotel part includes 15 superior double rooms with an area of about 25 square meters each, 1 two-room family apartment and 1 apartment with a bedroom, a children's room, a living room with an equipped kitchen. All hotel rooms are equipped with bathrooms, LED-TVs, air conditioning and minibar. Most of the rooms have balconies with views of the river or Tisaliget.
The pension part consists of 9 rooms with a capacity from 2 to 6 people each, equipped with bathrooms, refrigerators and televisions.
In addition to rooms to stay in the complex are available:
- reception with a bar and a lobby for negotiations,
- self-catering restaurant,
- 2 halls with 60 and 30 seats, fully adapted for conferences and seminars, as well as organizing banquets and celebrations,

- courtyard with barbecue facilities, etc.

Taking into account the availability of land plots for the objects of the complex, it is proposed to execute the deal in accordance with the legislation of Hungary by selling 100% of the shares in two Hungarian LLCs (Kft) owning the objects of ownership. There is a possible variant: sale of companies separately, because one of them owns the hotel built in 2010 and the guesthouse (1014 sq. m), and the second - the hotel built in 2014 (575 sq. m).
